You can expect to fully charge your car between 3-5 hours depending on the car on an AC 7-22kW charger. On a DC rapid charger, this can be as quick as 30 minutes.
If you have poor signal, plug the cable into your car first then note down the charger ID on the charger, then connect to a nearby WiFi and follow any of these two methods:
1. Go to https://charging.voltshare.io and enter the charger ID as prompted.
2. Download the voltshare app and click on "Charge Car" to enter the charger ID. For a visual guide, watch our easy-to-follow walkthrough video here.

If this doesn't resolve your issues, please email us or call the helpline shown on the nearby sign.
This is so that we can ensure your card has the sufficient funds to pay for the session.

During this time, certain users may see pending charges on their card statement - please rest assured we have not taken any money other than what has been shown on any charging receipt that was sent to you.
